Important dates and deadlines
Application: 15 Jan to 30 May (Deadline is extended to 30 May)
Early bird registration: Until 15 June (250 euros)
Late bird registration: Until 10 September (300 euros) - (Very limited seats)
Onsite registration (350 euros) - (Very limited seats)

To apply, you will need to:

Fill out a student application form (also above). If you need assistance, don't hesitate to drop us an email. We expect everyone to fill out

After early bird registration (i,e, after 15 May), confirmed participants will receive an email to pay their registration fees after 15 May and they should pay by 15 June to confirm their participation. Bank transfers are allowed as well but not preferred. (We shall reach out to selected participants for the payment)

If you need travel grants or funds to cover registration to support your travel partially - Please fill out a financial aid application form by 15 June

3. Spots for the Late bird and onsite registration are minimal. We highly encourage you to apply for Early bird registration to get financial support.
